Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Print Design & Tech R US LTD ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all customers, regardless of location. Additional terms may apply based on your jurisdiction.

2. Services

We provide print media and packaging solutions including but not limited to:

  • Commercial printing services
  • Packaging design and manufacturing
  • Label and sticker production
  • Custom box manufacturing
  • Branding and design services

3. Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of written approval and any required deposit
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation
  • Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at 8% above the Bank of England base rate (UK customers) or the applicable statutory rate for your jurisdiction
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT (UK customers) or applicable sales tax (US customers) unless otherwise stated

5. Production and Delivery

  • Production times vary depending on the service and quantity ordered
  • Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or carrier delays
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery
  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer

6. Quality and Defects

  • We maintain high quality standards across all our services
  • Any defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Our liability for defective products is limited to replacement or refund at our discretion
  • Colour variations may occur between print runs and are considered acceptable within industry standards

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs and artwork created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the customer
  • Customers warrant that any materials provided do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • We reserve the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation without charge
  • Cancellations after production has begun may incur charges for materials and work completed
  • Bespoke or custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

UK Customers: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period for standard (non-custom) orders. However, as our services involve custom-made products, this right may not apply to bespoke orders.

US Customers: Refund policies may vary by state. Where applicable, we will comply with state-specific consumer protection laws regarding refunds and cancellations.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

UK Customers: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

US Customers: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable US state consumer protection laws.

Australian Customers: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and Australia, without limiting any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Customers: Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), you are entitled to certain consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy implied or imposed by the ACL or any other applicable Australian law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If goods or services are not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, or do not match their description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided under the ACL.

International Customers: For customers outside the UK, US, and Australia, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless local law mandates otherwise.

11. Consumer Rights

UK Consumers: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

US Consumers: Nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws, including but not limited to state warranty and refund requirements.

Australian Consumers: Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services remedied if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
